A maximum of 2 people will be allowed per room.

You are required to have completed their dose(s) of an approved COVID-19 Vaccine 14 days prior to departure.
Approved COVID-19 Vaccines are: Oxford-AstraZeneca, Pfizer-BioNTech, Johnson & Johnson, Moderna, Sinovac and Sinopharm.
You will be required to present a negative PCR test 48 hours before departure to Saudi Arabia and another, 48 hours prior to your return to South Africa.
You must commit to adhering to all health and COVID protocols whilst in Saudi Arabia.
Your vaccine status must also be registered on the Muqeem website prior to departure. This link will be provided to you.
People recovering from COVID-19 should receive two doses of the vaccine, the first being at least 10 days after infection with the second administered at least three weeks after.
If the infection occurred after receiving the first dose, the second dose could be administered at least 10 days after infection.
Your VISA, accommodation, and round trip transport are all processed and purchased via the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah portal, MAQAM GDS.

Due to the non-refundable nature of The Ministry systems, all reservations are non-refundable and non-changeable. A Full stay will be charged
A fee will be levied for any Airline refunds processed.
